Starting prices and package pricing assume a standard service scope within our normal service areas. Final pricing may vary based on property size, travel, time required, materials, purchases, disposal fees, specialty vendors and complexity. HouseMate Co. will confirm the scope and price before beginning work. All groceries, firewood, materials, products, disposal fees and third-party vendor charges are billed separately unless specifically stated otherwise.
