PRICING NOTE: Starting prices are based on standard service scope. Final pricing may vary based on property size, travel, time required, materials, disposal fees, third-party vendor costs and the complexity of the request. HouseMate Co. will confirm pricing before beginning work.

Choose the level of oversight that fits how often you're away and how much help you want.
The $75 monthly HouseMate Credit may be applied toward eligible services such as Arrival Prep, Contractor or Delivery Access, Fridge-stocking service fee, Supply or Firewood Runs, Package Pickup, and Concierge & Hands-On Help. Groceries, materials, firewood, disposal fees and third-party vendor charges are not included. Unused monthly credits do not accumulate.
